Bodywork
My Approach
Bodywork encompasses a wide range of hands-on, somatic, and energetic therapies that work with the body to support healing and well-being. While all massage therapy can be considered bodywork, not all bodywork is massage.
My approach is integrative. Rather than working from a single modality, I draw from many disciplines to meet each client where they are and respond to what their body needs in the moment.
My training spans massage and manual therapy, cadaver dissection, the performing arts, and yoga. Each of these disciplines shapes the way I work.
I listen with my hands—tracking fascia, joints, breath, and nervous system tone—while also attuning to the body's subtler rhythms and energetic patterns. Every session is collaborative, responsive, and guided by what I find rather than following a predetermined protocol.
If you're interested in my complete professional training, you can view my educational résumé here.
Some people work with me for a few sessions to navigate a specific challenge, while others have been clients for 9+ years. I value developing long-term therapeutic relationships built on trust, curiosity, and continuity of care.
My commitment to lifelong learning allows me to continue expanding the ways I can support clients through the many seasons of life—including injury and surgical recovery, chronic illness, pregnancy, aging, grief, and other major life transitions.

All New Clients Begin with a 90-Minute Initial Session
Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin understanding what your body needs.
We'll discuss your goals, health history, and any current concerns while assessing posture, breath, movement patterns, areas of tension, and holding patterns. From there, I'll determine which combination of modalities will best support your needs, and we'll begin working together during the same session.
This initial appointment includes hands-on bodywork.
Please wear or bring comfortable clothing that allows for movement, such as athletic wear, as we may incorporate clothed bodywork or movement-based techniques depending on what is most appropriate for you.
Initial Session Investment: $222
If, after your initial session, we feel that ongoing work would be beneficial, I may recommend a package of follow-up sessions to support your goals.
