A platonic touch workshop focused on consent communication, creating safety in touch, and healing from trauma.

Every 1st Friday of the Month at Sacred Roots NC.

Facilitators:
Bodhi Deva Ma of Sacred Roots NC is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor specializing in trauma recovery.

Katie Hopkins of Align & Spiral, is a Licensed Massage & Bodywork Therapist specializing in somatic bodywork and movement.

Event Offerings

I facilitate events and workshops for somatic connection (body awareness/feeling) through play, movement arts, anatomy learning, consent-communication, and touch education.
