Energetic Presence Meets Structural Bodywork

My work blends anatomy, intuition, and connection.
I listen with my hands—tracking fascia, joints, breath, and nervous system tone—while staying attuned to the subtler rhythms moving underneath. This approach allows the session to be both structurally effective and energetically responsive, adapting moment-to-moment to what your body is asking for.

I offer two primary methods of work. While they overlap in philosophy and technique, each has a distinct container.

Integrative Table 60/90/120minutes
A supportive, grounding session on the table that blends:
~Craniosacral Therapy
~Myofascial Release
~Swedish massage
~Joint mobilization & range-of-motion movement
~Intuitive pacing guided by the nervous system
Clients may undress to their comfort level, professionally draped throughout. This method is ideal for deep tissue ease, nervous system regulation, structural balance, and embodied rest.

Floor Fusion 60/90/120minutes
A fully clothed, movement-inspired experience on a padded floor that emphasizes:
~Thai-influenced bodywork
~Assisted stretching
~Rhythmic compressions
~Passive & active range of motion
~Gentle myofascial holds
This is especially supportive for those who enjoy dynamic touch, movement, and stretching.

Shared Techniques Across Both Methods
Both offerings may include:
~Myofascial Release
~Craniosacral Therapy
~Intuitive listening & energetic presence
~Stretching, compressions, joint mobilization
~Active client engagement when helpful

MIND-BODY MOVEMENT

Mind-Body Movement 60minutes
This offering draws from yoga, somatic practices, functional movement, and corrective exercise principals, emphasizing joint relationships, patterning, and proprioceptive awareness to support integrated, body-aware movement.
Rather than focusing on performance or aesthetics, Mind-Body Movement centers on learning how the body organizes, senses, and moves. Session may include gentle floor work, standing sequences, joint articulation, breath-led movement, balance and coordination practices, and simple flow patterns that build awareness from the inside out.

What We Might Explore:

~Weight-shifting, balance, coordination
~Slow, intentional strength and mobility
~Breath, rhythm, and nervous system regulation
~Sensory awareness and internal cues
~Functional movement patterns for daily life
Movement is adapted in real time and may be both guided and exploratory, with space for curiosity, rest, and integration.

No prior movement experience is required.

How This is Different
Unlike group yoga classes, this work is not centered on achieving poses—it emphasizes sensing, adapting, and understanding how your body moves.
Unlike personal training, it is not performance-driven or metric-focused—it prioritizes awareness, coordination, and nervous system support.
At the same time, this offering can enhance both yoga and personal training by improving proprioception, joint awareness, and movement clarity—supporting safer, more efficient, and more embodied practice across disciplines.

INITIAL SESSION

Bodywork and movement exploration are deeply personal experiences. Sessions can involve physical vulnerability, and at times emotions may surface. Because of this, it’s important that practitioner and client are a good fit.
All new clients begin with a 1-hour Initial Session. This first session allows us to meet, assess alignment, and determine whether continuing to work together feels supportive for both of us. Ongoing sessions are offered by invitation following this initial appointment.
